Thyme 'German Winter' is a perennial, traditional medicinal and aromatic plant that grows as an evergreen subshrub up to 40 cm tall. Its leaves are fragrant and aromatic. Growing tips:
Thyme is an undemanding herb that prefers sunny, sheltered locations. Waterlogging should be avoided at all costs. A single application of fertilizer at the start of the season in spring is sufficient. After flowering, the bushes should be pruned by mid-September at the latest. In winter, thyme is considered a frost-resistant plant.
The young shoots and small leaves are harvested.

Use:
