Shipping costs

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a shipping fee of EUR 5.90 per order for deliveries within Germany and EUR 16.90 for deliveries to Austria. A flat shipping fee of EUR 20.00 will be charged for bulky goods deliveries.

Shipping partner

Our shipping partner for standard shipping is Deutsche Post DHL. Throughout Germany, all DHL parcels are shipped using climate-friendly GOGREEN, a 100% CO2-neutral method – at no additional cost to you!

Delivery area

The delivery area is limited exclusively to Germany and Austria.

Delivery address

During the ordering process, you can also specify a delivery address that differs from your billing address. If you are not at home on the delivery date, DHL will send you a notification card informing you of the DHL branch where you can pick up your delivery within 7 business days before it is returned to us.
