Of course, you can return items from the Gartenzauber shop to us within 14 days of receipt if you don't like them, the size isn't right, or they arrived damaged. To ensure a quick and smooth return and prompt refund, please follow these instructions:

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods manufactured according to customer specifications.

• Perishable goods such as seeds, dahlia tubers, ranunculus and anemones, as they are subject to natural aging processes and their germination or planting quality may be affected by improper storage or delays in shipping.

• Sealed goods (e.g. hygiene products) if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Warranty for living plants (tubers/bulbs)

• We guarantee the impeccable quality of the tubers upon shipment.

• Customers must report defects within 5 days of receipt.

• An exchange or return is only possible within this period.

• Successful breeding is the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

How do I make a return?

Cancellation form

Please print out the cancellation form and enclose it with your well-packaged return shipment.

Shipping the return

• Each customer is responsible for organizing the return themselves and for bearing the shipping costs.

• We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us.

• As soon as we receive the return, we will contact you regarding further processing.
  

How do I return an item from abroad?

• All returns from abroad (including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Spain) must be paid for by the customer.

• The German right of withdrawal also applies to customers from these countries. This means that you can return your order at your own expense and within the specified deadlines (see the cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions).

• Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us.
