To redeem your voucher code, simply enter it in the shopping cart under the "Enter discount code" field. If all voucher requirements are met, the purchase amount will be reduced by the voucher value.

Using this tracking ID, you can conveniently track your shipment online on the DHL website. The status of your shipment will be available from the time of the shipping confirmation.

Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a unique tracking number that you can use to track the current status of your shipment on the DHL website. You can find the tracking number either in the shipping confirmation email we sent you or in your customer account. To have your order delivered to a convenient Packstation near you, we ask you to first register for the Packstation service using the online registration form on the DHL website. After successful registration, you will receive your personal customer card with your unique customer number within a few days. To deliver your order to a Packstation, we only need your postal code and the three-digit number of the selected Packstation. This allows us to ensure that your shipment is delivered as requested.
