The amaranth 'Pygmy Torch' is a real eye-catcher with its hanging, burgundy-red flower spikes and green leaves. This annual amaranth survives periods of drought and heat very well, so it can be used in lush bouquets for weeks and even dried. Even the use of just a few stems in a bouquet brings a charming dynamism and vibrancy to the bouquet.
