Growing tips:
Bellflowers germinate best in light and should only be lightly covered with seed compost to prevent the seeds from drying out. After sowing, the soil should always be kept slightly moist. Depending on the temperature, the first seedlings will emerge after 2 to 3 weeks. Outdoors, they prefer a sunny spot with well-drained soil. To extend the flowering period, deadhead faded flower heads. To ensure you can enjoy Bellflowers in your garden for a long time, you should allow some plants to reseed. They don't require any protection in winter, but if it does get very cold, a covering of brushwood will help.
