Growing tips :
Helichrysum is a simple and easy-care summer flower. Sowing from April onwards is only possible indoors or in a frost-free greenhouse, and planting should not take place until mid-May. They germinate in light and should only be lightly covered with soil to prevent them from drying out. Later, they can cope very well with dry periods. Planting in containers is also possible. In this case, care should be taken to ensure increased nutrient and water consumption.

Cut flower :
Due to its long blooming period, the garden strawflower is a perfect cut flower. It is especially used as a dried flower in bouquets, arrangements, or wreaths. Dead flowers should be removed regularly to ensure continued production of new blooms.
For dried bouquets, they should be hung upside down in a cool, ventilated place.
